We possess an established and dedicated team that provides an independent property investment service, tailored to the differing needs of private clients. The team differentiates itself from the main property agency market in that it solely acts for these private clients and does not look to broaden investor coverage by identifying transactions for anyone else.

The team has a wealth of experience in property and is committed to providing investment solutions for our private clients, delivering long-term results, and bringing diversification to their portfolios.

Core activities include:

  • The sale or acquisition of commercial property investments
  • Acquisition advice on mixed use and single development schemes
  • Arrangement of debt finance for both single property and portfolio acquisitions
  • The creation of dedicated partnerships, or other collective investment schemes, for investors
Our role can be broadened to include the building up of a diversified portfolio for clients, combined with providing ongoing strategy advice, together with the asset management of portfolios.
