Separate Accounts
As part of our overall fund management service, we offer a fund structuring and property advisory service to other investment houses and financial institutions.

We initially conduct a feasibility study for the fund, before structuring the project for placement within the selected target group of investors. We adopt a flexible approach and will consider joint ventures, strategic advisory roles as well as ‘white label’ property funds where we are responsible for sourcing and asset managing the direct real estate.
