The Premier Property Options Fund is a diversified portfolio of property shares, unlisted property funds and direct property across the globe. Colliers Capital are appointed as advisers on the property element of this fund which was launched at the beginning of 2006. The Fund is targeted towards International sophisticated investors, with a target return of 10% per annum. It is structured as an open ended Jersey listed investment company, with an anticipated gearing of 50%.

The Merchant Properties Unit Trust is a Jersey based property investment fund launched by Colliers Capital in December 2006. The fund is focused on investing in trade counter properties through out the UK. The funds first acquisition has just been completed, which consists of a portfolio of 35 properties let to the building suppliers, Travis Perkins Plc.

Colliers Capital have a joint venture agreement with ING REIM, which is focused on the Healthcare sector within the UK. Colliers Capital act as the asset manager for the fund.
